This term in Red Class we have been exploring the world of 2-D shapes. The shapes that we are focusing on are triangles, circles, squares and rectangles. The students have been getting to grips with these shapes through a variety of activities; from painting shapes with raised borders to making collages of houses, robots, trucks and snowmen! We are all looking forward to Christmas and we plan to incorporate what we have learned about 2-D shapes into our classroom decoration activities!
